This role will work for MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC. (MNAe). ABOUT MOBIS NORTH AMERICA ELECTRIFIED POWERTRAIN, LLCMOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly. Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)Responsible for cycle accounting duties and month-end closingMaintain data integrity and accuracy and use data to identify problemsDemonstrate a solid grasp of business conceptsPlan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks within a defined time periodResponsible for the cost accounting functionInventory Costing Control; standard costing and variance analysisAssist monthly and annual business planningAllocation of overhead costs to units of productionManage monthly open item, long-term and obsolete inventorPreparation of costing summariesMonitor accounts receivablePerform profitability analysisReconciliation and preparation schedule on long-term debts, accrued liabilities, inter-company AP/AR, profit, and lossAssist external and internal auditors with quarterly and annual audits by providing requested informationPrepare, support, and post monthly journal entries as neededPreparation of various reports Supervisory Responsibilities: No Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.) Required Education & Experience:Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) Degree in Accounting or Finance0-3 years of experience in the related field Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Knowledge of applicable accounts receivable/general ledger system and proceduresPC literate, including Microsoft Office ProductsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding multicultural work environmentMust be able to work under pressureMust be able to work late hours and some holidays as neededPreferred Education & Experience:Proficiency in Business letters and MS Office plusSAP experience preferred but not mandatory Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: CPA Certification is a plus Working ConditionsOffice setting, repetitive standing and walking within and between buildings.
