Collins & Lacy, P.C. is looking for a skilled Construction Defect Defense Attorney to join our team in Columbia.If you're an attorney who enjoys complex litigation, client collaboration, and working alongside people who are passionate about serving our clients, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoDefend developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and design professionals in construction defect and related insurance defense matters.Handle cases from start to finish - pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediation, trial prep, and trial.Develop strategies, work directly with clients, and be part of a team that values trust and initiative.What We're Looking ForLicensed South Carolina attorney in good standing.
