Master Technician $2500  SIGN ON BONUSWe are a family owned and operated business, which means that we will always provide you with a positive and professional enviroment for you and all your automotive needs. We are proud of the team that we have here at Foss Motors and are looking for professionals who can provide the level of service our customers deserve. Our high volume shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere Our small team structures allow for flexible scheduling, ongoing training and plenty of work to share. If you're interested in a fast paced and exciting work environment that also offers fantastic benefits, apply here BENEFITS: Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Training Paid Vacation Family owned and operated Positive and professional environment Paid for lease (Sales who hit specific quota) Uniforms provided (Service) Specialty tools provided (Service)  RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.  Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications  REQUIREMENTS: ASE certified Strong automotive background Strong teamwork skills Ability to identify problems quickly Good knowledge of automobiles Effective analytical and communication skills Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check Must have clean & valid driver's license
