We're extremely proud of our portfolio of brands, our achievements in sustainability and industrialization and the groundbreaking work accomplished by our people.Location: Richmond, VAPosition: General LaborerPay: $22.08/hrShifts: 12 hour rotating shifts; 7am – 7pm or 7pm – 7amhow it works:Work 4 days on night shiftOff for 2 daysWork 3 days on day shiftOff for 2 daysWork 3 days on night shiftOff for 2 daysWork 4 days on day shiftOff for 8 daysREPEATThis is an average of 43 hours/week over a 4 week cycle.Eligible for a MONTHLY machine incentive bonusAnnual safety shoe allowanceWhile reporting to the Team Leader as the General Laborer, you will be responsible for collaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operations. Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to the Sonoco culture.
