Your JobWe are looking for a Pricing Manager to support the Guardian Glass North America business in Auburn Hills, MIIf you’re ready for a fast-paced environment that provides extensive learning opportunities and the ability to make an impact to the bottom-line, this could be the perfect opportunity for you This role will report to the USCA Pricing Director.What You Will DoDevelop P&L analytics where applicable to pricing decisionImplement pricing system toolAnalyze and process price requests submitted by the Sales organization within defined service level targetsWork cooperatively to develop points of view to assist with pricing decisionsIncorporate impact of customer rebate and volume programs where applicable to the pricing decisionUnderstand price agreement policy requirementsApprove pricing within defined decision rightsAssure appropriate pricing is entered into tools and pricing systemsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience doing analysis in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tablesUnderstand the drivers of a profit and loss statementWork cooperatively with sales to optimize our price offeringWhat Will Put You AheadBachelor’s DegreeExperience in the glass industryExperience in an Accounting/Finance or business analytics role PROS or similar pricing tool, PowerBI, Data Warehouse or other like systems knowledge Our BenefitsOur goal is for each employee, and their families, to live fulfilling and healthy lives.
