Wholesale Automotive Parts Call Center Representative - Experience RequiredNew Holland Auto Group is in need of an experienced Wholesale Parts Representative to work in the Wholesale Parts Call Center. The position of Wholesale Parts Representative focuses on sales with an emphasis on wholesale auto parts including the brands Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram.Minimum of 1-year Automotive OEM Parts Experience RequiredResponsibilitiesIdentify and be the point of contact for new and existing wholesale clientsKeeps the Parts Manager informed on the status of all accountsTakes customer orders and clarifies requests, identifies automotive parts, and offers and explains alternative solutionsWorking with the wholesale account representatives to ensure inventory is available when neededAchieve Company sales goals and objectivesReview and identify customer inquiry key trends and client challenges and present recommendations to improve the customer experienceProvide high quality service to all clientsDevelop relationships with external customers to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunitiesIncreases sales of products based on tracking of new leads and comparison to previous year's salesCompletes sales by entering purchased items into sales/inventory system, obtaining payment, adding purchase to credit account, and issuing sales receiptsUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading about new productsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum of 1-year Automotive OEM Parts Experience RequiredAble to work well with others and learn new tasksEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMath, Reading and Basic Computer skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and strong work ethicBenefits:Highly Productive, Very Large, Clean Parts DepartmentCompany Issued UniformsEnergetic Work EnvironmentHealth, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance401K with Company MatchPaid Time OffAdvancement within the Department and/or CompanyEmployee Vehicle Purchase ProgramEmployee Service Discount Program
