TITLE: Coordinator – Robotics’ Programs QUALIFICATIONS:  Holds a valid Kentucky Teaching Certificate Is a current certified staff member of Boone County Schools Working knowledge of FIRST and Robotics competitions preferred REPORTS TO: Principal JOB GOAL: Provide support to school-based Robotics programs  PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:  Recruitment of financial sponsors Promotion of program within each high school Recruit industry mentors to assist Plan meeting dates for the construction of robots Communicate regularly with appropriate staff and students about the robotics program Plan and coordinate supervision for meeting dates Maintain accurate and up-to-date records as required Prepare and submit entrance paperwork for competitions Work with the Finance Department to maintain financial records for the program Oversee students’ work in design, marketing, public speaking, etc. Provide publicity regarding the program TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Stipend Up to 12 months Board approved: 11/14/2013
