As a Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the quality of our apartment homes, ensuring residents enjoy a well-maintained living environment. Your hands-on expertise will cover everything from completing apartment work orders and turnovers to performing repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances. You'll also be responsible for maintaining common areas, property buildings, and pool areas, contributing to the overall upkeep of the community.Key responsibilities include:Completing apartment work orders and turnovers promptlyPerforming repairs and preventative maintenance for HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliancesAssisting with the upkeep of common areas, property buildings, and pool maintenanceDemonstrating exceptional customer service in all interactions with residents and staffWorking with the team to ensure all maintenance tasks are handled efficiently and professionallyResponding to emergency maintenance requests as neededManaging daily checklists, occasional tasks, and troubleshooting unexpected issuesEach day brings a mix of routine and surprise tasks, so you'll never be bored-and you'll feel great knowing the impact you're making on residents' lives by keeping their homes in top shapeWhat We're Looking For:At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential community or similar fieldCFC and HVAC certifications are requiredStrong background in plumbing, electrical systems, and general apartment maintenanceA valid driver's license and the ability to travel between properties if neededExceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skillsA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hands-on workIf you're dependable, proactive, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from youReady to Join Our Team?If this sounds like the right fit for you, take the first step by filling out our quick 3-minute mobile-friendly application.
