Experienced master technicians earn base + commission resulting in earnings of $66,000 to $102,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. We also have an hourly pay schedule that rewards successful mastery of new appliance types with increased hourly pay. We genuinely care about individual employees and treat everyone like family, no one is "just a number". A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN APPLIANCE REPAIR TECHNICIANAs an Appliance Repair Technician, you ensure that customers are taken care of in the fastest, best way possible through your top-notch customer service skills. As you visit our client's homes, you effectively troubleshoot and take responsibility for servicing, and restoring appliances. You communicate clearly to customers about the proper operation and maintenance of newly installed equipment. At the end of each call, you will complete the required documentation about recommendations, repairs, readings, and observations. You will know that you have effectively completed your service call when you see the appreciative smile on each client's face. QUALIFICATIONSCurrent valid Alabama driver's license and good driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningPhysically able to move appliances and lift up to 75 lbsWillingness to travel for training and some serviceFamiliarity with smartphones/tablets/computersNo experience necessary, we will train the right person Are you self-motivated and results-oriented?
