Ensure established policies and procedures are followed according to standard operating procedures, human resource policies, and strategic directives.Ensures guests are promptly and professionally served according to Company’s guidelines.Assist in the selection, training, direction, development, and supervision of restaurant Team Members. Additional Responsibilities include:Restaurant services are efficiently and effectively delivered in accordance with established Company policies and standards.Good business relationships exist with customers and their questions and problems are promptly resolved.Restaurant personnel are developed and well-trained and efficient, and their activities well-coordinated.Required reports and records are accurate and timely.Suggestions are provided for improved efficiency or effectiveness in operations.Good working relationships exist with restaurant and corporate personnel.Restaurant profitability is in line with Company expectations.If you have 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, apply today to join our team and be a part of an over 70-year tradition.
