Job Description Details: Stefanini Group is hiringStefanini is looking for a Solution Architect, Dearborn, MI (Onsite)Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions within Salesforce CRM (Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to support critical captive finance operations and enhance customer interaction processes. Evaluate and articulate the pros and cons of various technical implementation and architectural options, presenting clear recommendations and building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders. Architect, build, and manage scalable and secure integration services using GCP native tools, primarily Cloud Functions, to enable real-time, event-driven communications and data synchronization between Salesforce platforms and other enterprise systems. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions across CRM, marketing automation, and integration platforms. Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of best practices, technical standards, and comprehensive documentation for CRM, Marketing Cloud, and GCP integration solutions.Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and GCP to recommend and implement innovative solutions that enhance our capabilities. Job Requirements Details: Experience Required10+ years of progressive experience in software development, systems integration, or a related technical role. 4+ years in concentration.Solution Architecture - Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions within Salesforce CRM (Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to support critical captive finance operations and enhance customer interaction processes.GCP - Experience with GCP native services, especially Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, API Gateway, and other serverless technologies for building robust, event-driven integration service.Enterprise Architecture -Evaluate and articulate the pros and cons of various technical implementation and architectural options, presenting clear recommendations and building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrate expert-level proficiency and hands-on experience in the following core technology areas: Salesforce CRM: Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service C
