WE are looking for a content creator to up our social game and make things that make for great social, spark conversation, and stop people from scrolling. This creator will be a part of a growing social content team focused on a variety of national brands and help us continue on our path to being one of the best creative agencies in the country (just named #6 on Ad Age’s 2023 A List so we’ll on our way). Borderline obsessed. Your phone is an extension of yourself, an additional appendage, your best tool to tell stories. YOU know the trends, the tricks, the platforms, the edit styles, the tools to create, all of it. And you love making things that are on trend and aesthetically killer on SOCIAL. YOU should know what’s in and out. What’s coming and going. What’s the latest editing hack. And you should be comfortable thinking and making videos, stills, GIFs, memes, and all content kinds across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and whatever’s next. You find true joy in chasing great storytelling by editing and animating your content together into beautiful, impactful social content. YOU'LL love this role if you’re excited about working across platforms and the chance to fl ex your skills across all kinds of content. Bonus points if you’re into capturing and enjoying really delicious things like queso, pretzels, cookies, ice cream, smoothies, etc. (ICYMI: you’ll be working on some of the best restaurant brands around). YOU'RE very comfortable going scrappy to get things done on your own, but you also love working with a team to plan out and execute multi-day shoots. WHAT YOU’LL NEED 3-4 years' experience in editing and motion. Great software skills in Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Skilled at using your phone camera on the fly and confident shooting on DSLR/know your way around video equipment. Experienced with setting up small studio shoots for content. A love for and experience with working on brands across social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, whatever’s next). Great interpersonal skills. THE POITION REQUIRES Reports to Sr. Content Creator Will work on variety of organic social content across platforms Will collaborate closely with Chemistry producers and project managers as well as client-side social strategists and community managers Will be required to work from Chemistry offices at least one day a week and potentially sit at client offices one day a week This role is 90% dedicated to one client and 10% float
