Caring Angels Home Care - Caring Angels Home Care is looking for dynamic full-time RN Clinical Manager for our Homecare agency. This position offers a base salary of $120,000.00 and offers a competitive benefits package including Medical and Dental insurance, 401k Plan, 35 PTO Days. Our agency has won numerous awards for employee satisfaction and patient care.The Clinical/Nurse Manager oversees, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing process and has responsibility for:Conducting on-site supervision and evaluation of staff to ensure the delivery of quality patient careOrienting all nursing personnel to the company's clinical policies and procedures as well as to each home care caseSupervising field staff under appropriate contract requirementsCoordinating home care servicesAssessing ongoing educational needs of staff and coordinating necessary training/in-service programsConducting in-service programsEnsuring patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately at all times.Ensuring that care and services are delivered appropriately and for the supervision of clinical personnelEnsuring progress reports are being properly documented and in compliance with state regulations.Participating in quarterly Supervisory visits and rotating on-call weeks in order to troubleshoot patient issuesAssisting in scheduling for clinicians on assigned teamEnsuring accurate and timely documentation and transmission of reports from clinicians.Requirements:NYS Registered NurseKnowledge of Oasis documentationExperience and Knowledge of CMS/DOH Home Health Rules and RegulationsExperience and Knowledge of Home Health Policies and RegulationsNurse Manager Experience RequiredStrong Clinical Skills (IM/Sub-Q Injections, Foley Catheter care, Ventilator & Trach care, infusion nursing, wound care, medication management, PEG tube care)Experience in coordination of care, doctors' orders/485s and Clinical Documentation for CHHA requiredFamiliar with new COPs and PDGM rules.Minimum 2 years Clinical experienceRN with 5+ years of home care and at least 1 year supervisory/management experience.Ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, good organizational and time management skills, good business sense, and strong problem-solving skills.Experience with Electronic Medical records, experience with Netsmart is a plusMust be able to meet assigned goals, understand the delivery of service within the Home Care setting.Experience in CHHA Conditions of Participation as well as experience in utilization management and quality standards.Company provides excellent benefits, PTO, compensation, Health Insurance.Benefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork setting:In-personBenefits:Flexible scheduleLicense/Certification:RN License (Required)Work Location: In person
