Assistant Office/Property Manager

Job Summary: Harwood Realty LLC is seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Office/Property Manager to support the daily operations of our properties. In this role, you will assist with tenant relations, administrative tasks, and facility management to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office/Property Manager in managing daily operations and administrative functions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
- Help coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, lease agreements, and property documentation.
- Assist in the leasing process, including tenant applications, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out procedures.
- Support budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Help organize community events and initiatives to foster tenant engagement.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in property management, office administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
