Overview Sodexo is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to oversee marketing with Manoa Dining Services - University of Hawai'i at Mānoa, located in Honolulu, HI. The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa is a world-class university providing affordable, quality higher education to the people of Hawaiʻi and conducting pioneering research to address critical issues facing the state. This role supports marketing initiatives to drive meal plan and retail sales while promoting health, wellness, and sustainability. Some responsibilities include implementing Sodexo programs, analyzing market data, managing surveys, merchandising, pricing, and supervising student interns.

What You'll Do

Be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all field marketing activities throughout the campusIdentify internal/external customer needs and expectationsEducate and develop rapport with internal/external customers with a special emphasis on building a partnership with our client and our client's marketing teamMaintain marketing information on intranet, company, and/or client websitesCreate monthly marketing calendars and host events to engage student and employee participationCoordinate all unit marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and track results What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
