Role: Cloud Integration Specialist/Architect

This is a hands-on role focused on assisting Oracle customers to implement best practices to enhance the value of products running on Oracle Cloud. It is accountable for supporting CSS customers Paas4SaaS implementations and building critical business process improvement, monitoring and regression testing of the end-to-end customer SaaS cloud deployments – which entails architectural, solution design sessions, build, specific implementation projects and/or Proofs of Concepts. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in integration technology, cloud coding languages and automation. The software tools include Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, OSB, ODI and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Apart from that, will also be a part of the SWAT team to handle C-level escalations and resolve customer business problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Support Integration Solutions on Cloud, working with clients' business teams to capture requirements and support accordingly. Drive the deployment of services in Oracle PaaS/SaaS Cloud by building new service tool kits. Setting up tools and required infrastructure. Identify potential risks, problem areas and develop procedures that provide effective workarounds to the problem at hand. Train other Oracle resources and guide them as per project needs. Serves as advisory for pre-sales activities around integrations areas as needed. Works with peers and a matrix of other team members in the business unit to improve products and services delivery and to expand the capabilities of services provided to Oracle customers. Assist engineering efforts for building tools including feature evaluation, feature selection, automation of tasks, visualization and integration. Accelerate consumption in high potential customer accounts by providing deep technical expertise. Assist in deployment of projects, run and maintain of cloud deployments, Creation and delivery of technical content, with a dedicated focus on Oracle SaaS & PaaS cloud services. In this role one will engage with a wide cross section of internal and external partners - development, support, Oracle consulting services, and third-party partners to drive Oracle Cloud adoption efforts.

Desired Skills and Experience

10+ years of experience working on large-scale IT implementations involving Middleware integration components, plus 5+ years of hands-on experience with OIC, Oracle SOA 12C, OSB, BPEL and Process Cloud Service (PCS). Experience in designing, developing and supporting applications on different cloud platforms (SaaS / PaaS / IaaS). Good understanding and working knowledge of Oracle Fusion middleware products and WebLogic. Able to install, configure and develop components, and performance tune. Strong Unix and UNIX-like operating systems, such as RH Linux, Oracle Linux etc. ODI skills helpful. Superb communication (written and oral) and presentation skills for Executive escalations. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Experience with build and integration tools like Maven, Jenkins. Knowledge and use of REST APIs a must. Open-source technologies and cloud services. A self-starter on the forefront of technology. Ability to handle raised technical situations & develop action plans. Ability to travel up to 30% to customer locations and internal sessions. While travel is occasional, when you do travel it could be 1 or 2 weeks at a time.

US: Hiring Range: from $ to $ per hour; from $109,100 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
