Job DescriptionHerb Chambers Honda of Westborough are looking for a qualified CVR Clerk to bring the team to new levels of success in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titledPrepares tax and title documentsPromptly submits all contracts and drafts to proper lending institution for paymentSubmits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor VehiclesVerifies that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applicationsChecks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is completeBills out all dealer trades and prepares Certificates of Origin & Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titlesCompiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.
