Job Description Supervisory Capacity: Direct Reports: 7+ Comply with production programs Administration of personnel according to the needs of the operation Take advantage of the support areas to ensure the production rate To be an interface between Materials-Quality-Maintenance-IT-Engineering in solving problems related to the fulfillment of the production program and assurance of the rate Fulfill the expectations of the internal and external customer (Rate / Quality / delivery) with the assurance of theoperation in general, with Security, order, and cleanliness. Provide a safe work environment, inculcating in the members of his team an intolerance for unsafe acts and conditions. Oversee the supervisors on the shift. Provide guidance, support, and accountability. Commitment to following the guidelines of the environmental management system and the prevention of contamination. Other tasks as assigned Required Qualifications: Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent Experience | Skills | Knowledge: 5+ years of experience with Production Leadership experience 3-5 years minimum of Supervisor Experience within the automotive industry Just in Time (JIT) environment experience Must be able and willing totravel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces. Computer literacy Excellent oral communication skills. Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills Proficient organizational skills Familiarity with industry standardequipment and technical expertise
