We are seeking experienced Finance Professionals to join our clients across the United States. This role is designed to attract strong finance talent across multiple disciplines, including Financial Management, Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, and Financial Reporting. The ideal candidates are hands-on, analytical, and ready to progress toward senior leadership responsibilities.This opportunity suits professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are looking to advance into senior-level or leadership roles within finance.Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on role focus and organizational needs, responsibilities may include: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close activities Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior leadership Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance Assist with audits, tax filings, and risk management activities Mentor junior finance or accounting staff as responsibilities increase RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred (role-dependent) 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly Leadership potential and readiness to step into senior responsibilitiesBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Training & Development
