We wanted to be fair about everything, treat our employees well, and treat our customers well.”Merle Den Besten and Mel BokhovenVermeer Southeast Co-foundersAbout the roleProvides exceptional customer service in dealership through accurate inspections for defects and equipment diagnoses, and performs necessary services in the allotted time frame for each job. $5,000 Sign-on-Bonus. $1,000 paid after the first day of employment, $4,000 paid after a successful 90 day performance review conducted by your manager.What you'll doMaintenance and repair of mechanical, hydro-static, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systemsDemonstrated abilities to diagnose equipment failures and perform necessary repairs utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools.Record and document the diagnoses and procedures, order necessary parts, and estimate time to complete equipment repairs.Attends and successfully completes required technician training classesWorking knowledge of the hazards and practical application of safety precautions common to equipmentQualifications2 years technical training/certification or equivalent heavy equipment industry experienceAbility to read schematics and repair mechanical, hydro-static, hydraulic, electrical, and CAN/BUS systemsMust maintain a proper minimum set of tools to diagnose, disassemble, and reassemble components for most equipment repairs (specialty tools are provided)Basic oxy/acetylene cutting and welding skillsBenefits offeredEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - Certified Employee-OwnedHealth insurance Dental and Vision planFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Company Paid Telehealth Program - MediOrbis401K Retirement PlanPaid Holidays & VacationOthersWe are a Drug Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity EmployerPI6ee3a5234323-30511-38703969
