Honoring a commitment to quality materials and timeless design, CHROME HEARTS® now has thirty+ stores across North America, Europe, and Asia, and can be found in the most exclusive boutiques around the world. SUMMARY/OBJECTIVEThe Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales by curating client relationships through creating an exceptional and unique experience supporting our brand.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAchieve sales goals through selling, building, and maintaining client relationships and adhering to all CRM requirementsAssist and follow up with Clients on special orders, repairs, and custom requestsDisplay a thorough comprehension of, and remain up to date on, Product Knowledge and Company newsProcess transactions through the POS and/or other systems to service ClientsAssist in maintaining an accurate inventory through completing inventory checks and cycle countsMaintain visual integrity of the Store, including stocking and restocking of merchandise, updating displays, and presenting product in accordance with Chrome Hearts guidelinesBe a positive role model representing the brand at all timesBuild and maintain good working relationships with Management Team, Peers, and other Chrome Hearts Store TeamsAdhere to all retail policies and proceduresFollow all health and safety guidelinesQUALIFICATIONSHigh degree of integrity working with sensitive informationRecommended minimum of 2 years of Sales experience, luxury retail preferredStrong drive for results; goal orientedExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and writtenProficient in the use of a POS systemStrong team playerForeign language skills are a plusFlexible availability to include working some nights, weekends, and holidaysPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
