PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated home health team in Del Rio, TX. This is a rewarding opportunity to help patients regain movement, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life, all from the comfort of their own homes. We’re looking for a clinician who is patient-centered, dependable, and committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care.Essential Job Functions:Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations in a home health settingDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and alleviate painProvide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retrainingEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and adaptive strategiesMonitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomesAccurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes using digital platformsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapistsConduct home safety assessments and make recommendations to prevent falls or re-injuryDeliver compassionate care while empowering patients to achieve greater independenceWhy Join Us?Multiple major medical plans (Medical, Dental & Vision)Spousal insurance options401(k) plans availablePaid Time Off (PTO)Internal awards and recognition programsSupportive team environment with flexible scheduling optionsRequirements:Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas (TX)Professional liability insurance coverage specific to your TX Physical Therapy licenseGraduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited programExperience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferredStrong ability to adapt care approaches to suit a variety of patient personalities and needsUp-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques and best practicesExcellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when educating and interacting with patients
