Visiting Angels of Mercer & Burlington Counties, NJ - Location: Mercer County, New Jersey Shift Type: Part-time: Days, Evenings, and/or Weekends (PREMIUM PAY for weekend shifts) What we offer for our CHHA caregiver employees: EXCELLENT pay rate: $20/hour and PREMIUM PAY for weekend shifts for licensed CHHAs $100 Referral Bonus: $100 referral bonus goes to an employee who refers a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Direct deposit for weekly pay 3-hour minimum shifts Long-term CHHA assignments, short-term, and/or fill-in shifts are regularly available Hourly daytime assignments available on an ongoing basis; we work with your schedule Rewarding and fulfilling one-on-one care with clients Earned NJ Sick Leave up to 40 hours/year Holiday pay (if working on a holiday) Mileage reimbursement when driving clients in your vehicle Visiting Angels has MANY assignments available in Mercer County for exceptional Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) We’re searching for the best hourly Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) caregivers to care for clients in their Mercer County homes. Our home health aides appreciate the flexibility of working as little as they’d like or as much as possible—depending on their availability and on our clients' needs. Because client and caregiver schedules vary, we cannot guarantee full-time assignments. We offer premium pay for weekend shifts and have several clients who have requested care on weekends. What we require: Valid CHHA Certified Home Health Aide license in New Jersey Must have CURRENT: TB Screening — Negative results with 1-step PPD or Chest X-ray or Bloodwork Physical Exam Report & MMR Immunization Records—Self-Assessment to be completed during hiring process 2 work references are required Hourly Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) caregiver employees MUST have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Reliable—consistently on-time and with no last-minute call outs Pleasant, kind, helpful, positive personality Caregivers must speak and understand English very well Sampling of assignment(s) to be filled: Pennington, female client; Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 12p-4p Ewing, male client; Sunday to Friday 8a-12p Hamilton, female client; Monday & Wednesday 9a–1p Princeton; female client; Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 1p-5p We get new cases daily; ask us about them when you apply Mercer County Certified Home Health Aides will visit clients in the following towns: East Windsor, Hightstown, Hopewell, Pennington, Princeton, Princeton Junction, West Windsor, Ewing, Titusville, Trenton, Hamilton, Lawrenceville, Robbinsville, Upper Freehold Township, Allentown, Lambertville, Skillman, and surrounding areas After applying, please complete the screening questions that will come in a separate email.
