Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience. 401(k) Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits package. Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of mid-to-large market commercial lines accounts, valued at $100,000+. Handle quoting for new and renewal business. Collaborate with carriers such as Penn National, Travelers, Encova, and Donagle to ensure optimal coverage for clients. Utilize EZLynx software for account management and processing. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. Work closely with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in commercial lines account management. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with mid-to-large market accounts and a book of business valued at $2M+. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx software and experience working with carriers such as Penn National, Travelers, Encova, and Donagle. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work independently without micromanagement. #LI-TR1
