The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage a variety of immigration matters, including but not limited to:Employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1, PERM, etc.)Investor and EB-5 immigration casesFamily-based immigration petitions (I-130, adjustment of status, consular processing, etc.)Work visas and business immigration mattersImmigration court and removal defense proceedingsThis role also involves reviewing and supervising the work of junior attorneys, law clerks, and paralegals. The candidate must be responsible, efficient, and detail-oriented, with strong legal writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.QualificationsEducation: J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited U.S. law schoolLicensure: Admission to practice law in the State of New York (preferred)Experience: Minimum 2 years of immigration law experienceLanguage: Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese requiredCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive annual salary commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonus potentialPaid holidays and time offHealth insurance coverageSupportive and collaborative bilingual work environmentThe pay range for this role is:65,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Queens Office)PI7cbd8bc5a8a4-30511-39208368
