Responsibilities include interviewing, recommendations for hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; reviewing performance; rewarding, motivating, and promoting team performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Job Responsibilities:Manages residential homes/facilities as assignedSupervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support EmployeesWorks assigned time in the residential home/facilityResolve employee issues and conduct performance reviewsEnsure employees meet training requirements and attend required eventsProvide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotationMonitoring and providing feedback to employees in interactions and relationships with the people supportedEnsures that people supported have a clean and maintained home and yard.Responsible for helping to implement services and supports that will assist the people we support achieve personal goals and desired outcomes as identified through an Individual Support Plan.Carry out the responsibilities of a Direct Support ProfessionalAll other duties as assignedResponsible for direct supervision of two or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, recommendations for hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; reviewing performance; rewarding, motivating, and promoting team performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Job Requirements:High School Diploma or G.E.D required, Associate Degree in a health related area; or two years’ experience in a health related field preferredOne year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilitiesFlexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as neededProvide CPR after certificationAbility to pass a background check and drug screenValid driver’s licenseCPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plusPre-employment screening:Complete criminal backgroundName checked in the registries.
