A top Fortune 50 financial institution in Virginia is currently seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst. This role supports sourcing initiatives, RFx development, vendor due diligence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient procurement outcomes.About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: Standard businessSetting: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week; increasing to 3 days onsite starting April)Responsibilities:Preparing, issuing, and managing RFPs/RFIsSupporting source selection, supplier due diligence, and intake triagePartnering with business units to develop requirements and SOWsAnalyzing large datasets to inform sourcing and vendor decisionsCollaborating with Procurement to transition effectively negotiated contractsSupporting category strategy development and performing market researchMaintaining vendor documentation, compliance metrics, and performance dataQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)Exposure to RFP/RFI development, SOW review, and sourcing processesExposure to procurement, category management, or vendor managementAbility to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionallyStrong analytical and data-manipulation skillsEffective communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyDesired Skills:3+ years of Procurement, Vendor Management, and/or Risk Management experienceCPSM or similar professional certificationFamiliarity with large financial institutions' sourcing processesStrong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
