Employment Type: Part -Time 

Pay Rate $15 - $18 Dependent on Experience

Agape Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude and commitment to join our team. This is a dual role position that will multi-task to keep the front office running smoothly and assist our therapists.

Job Duties:

Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge Answering phones Electronic scheduling Data entry Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments Assist Patients, Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapist Assistants in the clinic. Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent Entry level with data entry experience preferred Proficient in Word and Excel  Excellent telephone skills Team player attitude, energetic, able to multi-task, with a focus on excellent customer service  Flexible with your hours Organized with attention to detail Great time management skills
