1106503 Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant | Advanced Heart Failure | Augusta (PRN) Overview: Advanced Practice Provider - Advanced Heart Failure PRN - Piedmont AugustaThe Advanced Heart Failure Center (AHF) at Piedmont Augusta is a well-established program with an excellent track record for patient success and outcomes. We are growing at a fast pace, and are looking to expand our advanced practice provider team with motivated and qualified individuals that desire to learn and grow with our program. The Piedmont Augusta AHF program provides comprehensive advanced heart failure care in both the inpatient and the outpatient setting. Shift:PRN - Days/M-F or 7 on 7 off (work outside of the normal business hours will likely be required of an employee in an exempt level position) Responsibilities: The Piedmont Augusta AHF program provides the following services:Advanced Heart Failure Outpatient Clinic and Inpatient Consultative ServicesLVAD Implantation and Outpatient ClinicCardiac Amyloid CareGenetic ScreeningPulmonary Artery Hypertension CareRemote monitoring for Heart FailureCardio-oncologyHeart Failure ResearchPost COVID follow upCardiac Transplant EvaluationCardioMems Implantation and monitoringRight Heart CatheterizationCardiac Biopsy Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:PA: Graduate of a Physician Assistants program with current license for the Georgia State Composite BoardorNP: Graduate from a school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Masters degree in NursingPreferred QualificationsMore than two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (not required) Business Unit : Name: Piedmont Heart Institute Phy
