The Barndo Company is seeking a driven and personable New Home Sales Agent to help clients turn dream homes into reality. Based out of our beautiful new showroom in Nexton Square, you'll meet excited buyers ready to design their forever home. The ideal candidate can quickly build rapport, foster trust, communicate with excellence, and consistently hit monthly sales goals. With a supportive team, amazing showroom, strong marketing resources, and admin support, you’ll have everything you need to succeed—apply today and grow with us Apply nowCompensation:$130,000Responsibilities:Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leadsGather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline, so agents can provide an efficient sales processMaintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales regionPut up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current dataGive monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goalsAct as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals, so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transactionConsistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goalsSupport and learn from other sales team members to help establish your own prosperous and long-term real estate careerManage incoming leads and convert them into buyers to meet monthly sales goalsQualifications:A proven track record of sales and successReal Estate and new home construction experience preferredCreates good rapport and works continually to develop a strong networkWilling and able to learn our systems and technologiesPossess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by carHigh school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferredHas superb interpersonal and communication skillsAbout CompanyAt the Barndo Co., we are about making an impact.
