If you excel in ensuring timely and accurate installation and maintenance of residential softener and/or water treatment systems; take pride in providing exceptional service and are eager to contribute to a company committed to making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with us Department Retail Employment Type Full Time Location US - Indiana - Avon Workplace type Onsite Reporting To Mark Henderson This role's hiring manager: Gus Ochoa What you will be doing: Follow detailed installation and/or service instructions, processes, and procedures including but not limited to the following: Water systems installation and/or maintenance Evaluate and repair problems related to existing customer systems Comply with Health & Safety requirements related to installation and service procedures Meet daily installation and/or service schedule as assigned. Use available parts to assemble, install, and/or service various water treatment equipment or kits according to operating instructions. You should be dependable, punctual, and able to handle the mechanical and physical demands of installing and servicing water treatment systems. If you take pride in your work and are ready to be a crucial part of our team, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU What you need: High School Diploma or Equivalent (required). Valid drivers license with a safe driving history. 1-3 years or more experience working in a plumbing-type position (preferred). Strong work ethic and self-motivated Punctual/dependable with great attendance Physical demands for the job: This role requires regular use of your hands and arms, and be on your feet, moving between sitting, standing, and walking.
