If you’re interested in advancing your paralegal career with opportunities for growth and you are a self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement, you are our perfect candidate.Compensation:$50,000 - $65,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Manage all aspects of assigned cases, from start to finishDraft discovery, pleadings, settlement agreements, correspondence, affidavits, financial declarations, and other legal documentsPrepare for hearings and trials, organize exhibits, file motions, coordinate witnessesCoordinate activities with court personnel, court reporters, and process serversQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as family law or litigation paralegalValid driver’s license and a reliable vehicleProficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe; experience with Clio is a plusAbility to work in (what can be) a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsBe a self-starter and exhibit a willingness to proactively manage your assigned casesPlease Note: We will not review resumes until you have completed both the screening questions and DISC assessment.About CompanyWe are a small solo family law firm located in downtown Columbia.
