Join our team of detail-oriented HVAC installation technicians. We’re looking for an experienced and professional installation technician to help clients stay comfortable and healthy indoors. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and installing a variety of HVAC equipment, including indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems. You’re comfortable referencing blueprints and manuals to solve complex problems and working with a team to safely and efficiently complete a variety of installations. If you’re ready for a new opportunity at a growing HVAC company, apply todayCompensation:$70,000 - $125,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Connect pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source Enter completed projects and the parts used into database Arrange and attach electrical wiring according to the wiring diagram using hand tools Inspect all pipes, tubing joints, and connections for leaks Tell customers how to properly use their new HVAC equipment Be prompt and responsibleAbility to keep your truck stocked and readyGreat communication with customers and office staffAttention to safety and willing to hold your team accountable for requirementsUnderstand and execute proper pressurizing and evacuation techniquesPerform proper commissioning upon completionUse applications and AI tools for proper communication with admin staff and supervisorsHave leadership skills and the ability to guide your team towards successHave a desire to enhance your career and achieve high levels of skill commensurate with earning potentialAbility and willingness to follow the manufacturer's recommended techniques and proceduresDesire to spend some of your time off hours utilizing the guided training modules provided by the companyQualifications:Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school and 2+ years as an HVAC installation technician Great communication, math, and problem-solving skills Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification High school diploma or GED required Must be comfortable working in small crawl spaces and attics 4+ years of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience ( if your resume shows less than 4 years of experience, you will not be considered for this position, and I will understand you did not read all the requirements)Clean driving recordReliable TransportationGood attitudeGood communication skillsGood organizational skillsAccomplished leadership skillsAbout CompanyWe are a mission-vision-values-driven organization that focuses on making our customers' and employees' lives better, emphasizing core values and vision to electrify 100,000 homes by 2035.
