We are seeking a Plant Coordinator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Miramar, FL. This position is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of plant activities by coordinating daily production, inventory, and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMSalary: $20 - $22 per hour Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with production schedules Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with purchasing teams to maintain adequate supply of raw materials and packaging components Assist in maintaining compliance with FDA, GMP, and other regulatory guidelines Support production teams by tracking workflow, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring operational goals are met Maintain and update plant documentation related to production schedules, quality control, and safety procedures Communicate effectively with departments including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to optimize plant performance Ensure all safety protocols are followed and assist in plant audits and inspections Handle administrative tasks such as generating reports, tracking plant performance metrics, and assisting in plant improvement projects Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment preferred Strong organizational and coordination skills Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently Knowledge of GMP regulations and safety procedures is a plus
