We design and build training systems that help people learn the skills needed to get better jobs.We offer opportunities to advance your career within our company.You will be part of a team - not just a number in a big company.What will you be doing:Fabricate and assemble components & finished goods to product specifications.Complete, modify & test models, sub-assemblies and finished goods.Document and maintain manufacturing procedures for specified devices.Diagnose and troubleshoot defects and errors.Calibrate, test and maintain production and test-associated equipment where applicable and designated.How do you get the job:An excellent eye for detail.Machine shop skills.Experience with hand tools (ex. Dremel tools).Experience with different types of plastics, acrylics, etc.Experience with silicon rubber molds and a variety of casting materials.Good level of mechanical aptitude.Ability to read blueprints and other product specs.Good organizational skills and problem-solving skills.Dependable - arrive on time and ready for the day.Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 25 pounds, sometimes over 50 pounds.High school diploma or equivalent.This position requires an organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently.We offer:All Employees work Day Shift (we want everyone to have work-life balance)Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
