Oversee the sales process, from tours to ensuring prospects receive exceptional service and information to make informed decisions. Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and provide insights to senior leadership regarding trends, challenges, and successes. Track KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
