As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AMWhy Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the food and beverage production environment to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure atmosphere.Report and document any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance concerns observed during patrols.Support access control measures by verifying credentials and providing directions or assistance as needed to authorized personnel and visitors.Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address security-related concerns and promote a positive environment for employees and visitors.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.CPR certification is preferred.Access control or badge experience is preferred.A guard card or license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
