As a vital member of our distribution center, you'll monitor and operate an advanced automated material handling system, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems, this is the perfect opportunity for youPay starting at $22-$25 an hour As an Equipment Operator, you will: Manage the operation and fault correction of our state-of-the-art automated material handling equipment.Use your problem-solving skills to address and correct system material flow issues.Maintain the system by effectively managing and clearing products, packaging, and carrier material.Requirements: One (1) to two (2) years in a warehouse environment is a plus, but not required.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for understanding root causes.Basic understanding of mechanical operations.Clear and effective spoken communication skills.Ability to continuously walk, climb, and stand, and to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.Comfortable working at heights of 80-100 feet and adapting to temperature changes in a warehouse setting.This position requires regular work in cold storage environments, including freezers with temperatures as low as -10°F.Why WITRON?Innovative Environment: Be at the forefront of technology with WITRON's advanced automated material handling system.Continuous Growth: Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement with ample opportunities for career development and advancement.Competitive Benefits: WITRON values employees and strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment.
