This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently, from identifying and sourcing suppliers to processing payments.Key Responsibilities:Monitors queue and activates resources and corrective actions to address accordingly: Purchase Requisitions (PR), Change Orders (CO), catalog transactions, and vendor management queues against KPIs.• Work With others in process and strategy improvements related to strategic sourcing, purchase-to-pay (P2P) services, procurement, contracts, and category management.• Serve as a resource on client projects and help ensure timely delivery of results.• Day to day data entry and analytics.• Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies, including cost-saving initiatives.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations, to ensure seamless procurement and payment processes.Qualifications:College Experience Preferred. Supply Chain, Business, or other technical fields• Some experience within Supply chain management, commodity management, or procurement.• Some Experience in Microsoft Office; Oracle; SAP; Advanced Excel abilities (pivot tables, V-Lookup, macros, charting/graphing) is preferred.• Some experience managing vendors; extreme customer-focus, both internal & external, and a collaborative team playerQuest Global is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
