Up to $16.00 per hour, Plus Tips DescriptionAs an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall shift operations, guest experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in a store. In the absence of the manager, the AM effectively leads the team to execute great guest service and follows operating policies and procedures.Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback and trainingUtilize the deployment chart to effectively position the team. Know and support appropriate personnel policies, labor laws and safety proceduresEnsure all security procedures are executed (safe procedures, open/close procedures etc.)Make guests happy by providing great serviceResolve guest complaints/issuesLead team members to open, transition, and close shiftsManage and organize the line and delegate duties to team membersKnow and uphold standards for product qualityWork the line as neededPromote sales on the shift through suggestive selling and knowledge on in-store promotionsExecute and support all food safety requirements and practiceControl food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shiftCount drawers and follow proper daily cash handling proceduresComplete additional e-learning as requiredRequirementsGreat communication skills to communicate effectively with guests and co-workersMust have a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and cultureMust be a strong team playerAbility to train and coach othersAbility to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours per dayPI80820b42d8bf-30511-38608595
