We want change makers who never stop being curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.As an Assistant Teacher, you are:Caring Follow all licensing guidelines, company standards and grant program requirements to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.Engaged Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.Knowledgeable Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics.Creative Implement curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who have:Associates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related or an active CDA in Preschool.Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.\Compensation & Benefits:Pay $19.50 - $20.00 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offeredImmediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
