Seasonal full-time & part-time roles available | $18–$22/hr based on experience What You’ll Get to Do Work in a world-class performance kitchen preparing meals that directly impact player health, energy, and recovery. Cook a variety of hot and cold menu items — from grill work to large-batch production to performance-driven recipes tailored for athletes. Uphold the highest standards of consistency, freshness, and culinary execution. Be part of a tight-knit culinary team that values hospitality, collaboration, and craftsmanship. Operate inside a facility where professionalism and precision matter — every meal influences the success of the organization. About You You might be a great fit if you: Are energized by the idea of cooking in a high-performance, sports-driven environment Love building flavorful, nutrient-focused meals Have strong kitchen fundamentals and can hold your own in a fast-paced setting Bring a service-forward mindset, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence Have at least 1 year of professional kitchen experience Bonus points if you: Have experience in batch cooking Enjoy early-morning shifts (our athletes start early) Understand sports nutrition or have an interest in learning Know your way around baseball culture Requirements Ability to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays during Spring Training Ability to commute to Jupiter, FL ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) Willingness to complete background check and drug screening Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Why Join KitchFix?
