In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion that is provided to the residents.If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Voorhees wants to hear from youSocial Work Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:Must have LSW or CSWPrevious long term care experience is preferredDirects, establishes & plans the overall policies/goals for the Social Services DeptPrior experience managing social work staff is preferredMaintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentationParticipates in interdisciplinary care plan meetings to ensure treatment of the social and emotional needs of the residentA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expectedReview Advanced Directives and provide education to residents and family members as neededHelp provide a smooth admission and discharge process for residents and family membersAbility to work independently or part of an interprofessional teamComputer knowledge and experience using Point Click CareOther duties as assigned by AdministratorSocial Work Director Schedule & Benefits:Schedule: Full-time, day shift position, including Manager on Duty weekend rotationOffering a $2000 Sign-on BonusComprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO)Opportunities for career growth and advancementComplete Care at Voorhees is an equal opportunity employer.#LI-CB110.8.25
