Employees may become eligible for salaried employment status based on performance and tenure.We’ve Got You CoveredW2 or 1099 position with competitive compensation based on your education and experienceTop-tier benefits for full-time employees: health, vision, dental, and 401k with 3% matchingPaid Time Off and paid holidaysCell phone and mileage reimbursementJob Description:Implement specialized therapy treatment in accordance with the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP)Screen, evaluate, and write reports on student levels, needs, strengths, and progress using approved testing and assessment toolsAnalyze and interpret formal and informal assessment data and facilitate the use of the data as a guide for effective instruction to improve student speech/language skills.Works with school personnel and parents to design and implement the student’s intervention plan, individual service plan, or individual student plan most appropriate to address the student’s needServes as a member of the school’s multidisciplinary team, IEP program team, and offer consultation and collaboration with school staff and parents in support of student’s goalsComplete, update, and maintain required documentationPerform other appropriate duties as assigned.What You Bring:Master’s Degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology LicensePA Department of Education Teaching CertificationMust be comfortable using a computerMust be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standardsCurrent clearances (within 6 months)About us:PRO Companies is a dynamic organization that employs professionals across diverse positions within their human services and health and wellness divisions.
