Description We are currently looking for a Credit Management Analyst for the Business Partnering Service unit to strengthen the team even further. In this position, you are going to work with Business Partnering Services (BPS) - part of EPAM`s Global Finance department, responsible for administrative and financial functions in terms of the relationship between EPAM leadership and EPAM Clients. You will join the team of + specialists to help business to grow business. The Credit Management Analyst will be responsible for performing analysis of customers creditworthiness and ensuring mitigation of credit risk. #LI-DNI #EasyApply Responsibilities Perform credit analysis to recommend internal credit ratings and prepare a written analysis substantiating your assessment Conduct periodic reviews of existing customers creditworthiness Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and comfort with evaluating financial statements and business models across a range of industries The ability to transform business and financial data into a cohesive narrative that outlines potential credit risks 2+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of commercial credit underwriting and credit risk management At least an upper-intermediate level of English Highly detail-oriented, possession of proven organizational and analytical skills and is able and willing to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Office We offer Learning Culture - We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally Health Coverage - Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
