Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons to students of different skill levels. Provide instruction in various dance styles, ensuring a well-rounded dance education experience. Create lesson plans that incorporate both technique and artistic expression. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Encourage student participation and creativity in dance activities. Assess students' dance abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback. Implement strategies to address individual learning needs. Create and teach choreography for school performances, assemblies, or other events. Collaborate with students to showcase their talents and build confidence. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Commit to 20 hours/week of instruction, specific schedule to be determined based on school needs.

 Background and Experience

Bachelor's degree in dance, education, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a dance instructor with a focus on teaching students of various age groups. Knowledge of different dance styles and techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
