Position Information: The Oncology Clinical Pharmacist Specialist provides specialized pharmaceutical services to ensure safe effective appropriate cost-effective medication therapies for patients presenting to the Oncology Infusion Center. The Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical services safely accurately and timely by reviewing physician's orders dispensing drugs counseling patients and families and providing drug information to other health professionals according to established procedures. The Pharmacist will participate in hospital committees help develop order sets and therapeutic care plans as well as provide oversight to the infusion center pharmacy satellite operations. The Oncology clinical pharmacist specialist position requires a close and effective working relationship with other departments in the health system. Experience Requirements: 1 Year Fellowship/Internship/Residency - Related Area Preferred - Or 2 Years Clinical - Related Area Preferred Select Education Type: Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Or Doctorate Pharmacy Required Licensure/Certification Requirements: Licensed Pharmacist Required Hours of Work: Monday through Friday (7 am to 3:30 pm), (8 am to 4:30 pm) Weekend Requirements: As Needed Call Requirements: As needed
