Nurse Practitioner Our client is a growing healthcare organization based in Northern Westchester, NY.The Company:Our client provides patient-focused precision medical care to patients in assisted living facilities and is committed to delivering the highest quality of care.The Position:Our client is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner.$140,000k+ W2 or 1099 option availableFull Benefits (Health, Vision)3 Weeks PTO + 1 Week Sick Time1 Week CME with Reimbursement401k with 4% Match100% Paid Life InsuranceAnd much moreRequirements:Master’s degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner programUnrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner licenseUnrestricted DEA license to prescribe all commonly prescribed medicationsEligible to provide reimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare and MedicaidResponsibilities:Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)No NightsNo WeekendsConduct comprehensive health assessments of residents, including physical examinations, medical histories, and medication reconciliationDevelop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, considering the unique needs and preferences of each residentManage chronic conditions and acute illnesses, providing timely interventions and appropriate referrals as neededAdditional duties as requiredPlease Apply Here or Send Resume to Courtney@theipgteam
