Great opportunity to join one of Lancaster’s longest-established manufacturing facilities in Lancaster Benefits offered Hours Monday-Friday 7:00a - 4:00p Highlights of the Job: Hands-on role using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel in a fast-paced environment Opportunity to work with an ERP system; CSI9 (Syteline) experience is a plus but not required Daily interaction with carriers and internal teams—great role for someone who enjoys communication and coordination Organized, detail-oriented work managing shipping and receiving documentation for invoicing and records Stable warehouse/manufacturing setting with opportunities to build inventory and cycle counting experience Key Responsibilities for the Shipping Clerk include: Communicating daily with carriers, vendors, and internal departments via phone and email Preparing, uploading, and maintaining shipping documentation for invoicing and record keeping Processing receiving paperwork for reference and invoice validation Performing data entry and maintaining accurate shipping and inventory records Assisting with inventory control and cycle counting as needed Supporting warehouse and shipping operations as required #Lancaster10 Qualifications for the Shipping Clerk include: High School Diploma or GED required Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Outlook; Word and Excel experience preferred Experience working with an ERP system required (CSI9 / Syteline a plus) Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred Inventory or cycle counting experience a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team EOE By submitting contact information, I am consenting to be contacted by phone, email, and text message.
