You will gain experience with a wide variety of equipment, and learn about inventory management, safety regulations, and work order processes.You can expect:- Hands-on experience with different types of heavy equipment.- Opportunities to work on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.- Training on the use of work orders, inventory systems, and vehicle condition reporting.- Exposure to state and federal regulations (DOT, OSHA, MSHA).- A fast-paced environment where you’ll work closely with experienced mechanics.What You Will Do:- Assist with the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment, including loaders, graders, pavers, dump trucks, and trailers.- Help with the work order process, from creation to completion.- Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment.- Support inventory management and track vehicle condition reports.- Become familiar with safety regulations and compliance requirements for the fleet.Requirements:- Enrolled in a Technical College degree program.- Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and possible overtime.- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion   About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
